The worst experience by far!

I ordered an item from Trends Clothing, they were super quick to respond when I wanted to purchase the item, I read some of the bad reviews on their page before I paid and ordered, but I was a fool for falling for their **** generosity. Its been almost 10 weeks since Ive paid and STILL no order number, delivery date, nothing! So many people have made the same mistake, waiting since June/July. They DON'T respond to ANY emails/FB messages. There is no contact number on their page. I feel totally powerless, what to do??? They take 100's of peoples money and do not respond at all???? Surely there must be a sollution to this problem! Please help, Hello Peter?!
