Pathetic Service/No Answer & False Advertising

Company doesn't respond, was copied in to one or two emails from a Ray Ellis asking the post office to assist, when asking anything else including a refund there is no answer.

False Advertising - Claims that all goods are shipped "directly" from the "UK": "When you place an order, we will ship out your items within 3 business days. Items are being shipped directly from the UK and should be delivered within 35-45 days after order payment is received.", - I received a tracking number from China

Dont believe any claims the make "Our Customer Service: Professional and dedicated
