Pathetic service/fail to deliver

I have ordered jackets in July, still no delivery. They keep on giving excuses, that is if they reply. I have asked numerous times for a refund, but no one responds to that question. They are pathetic, I will discourage anyone who ever wants to order from them. They are *****ing people's money, and they have the audacity to still advertise their China made products on Facebook. Bunch of ********!!!!
