Best service I have ever received from an online business. I purchased an Alcatel IP phone through Takealot. On configuring the phone I was faced with some challenges which my ISP were not very exited in assisting because it is not their product. Understandable coming from an SA company. This is what I am used to until I called Craig Smith at Trendy. What a pleasant experience dealing with this man. He spend hours acting as a go between and calling my service provider, which he had no previous experience with, to resolve the problem. I was speechless with amazement and his positive attitude. When I thanked him for the service he turned the thank you to him around and he thanked me for the opportunity to learn more about another service provider.
