DO NOT PAY FOR A FITTING RANGE!!

We paid 70% for a fitment range of clothing to Annette of Trendi Clothing with the agreement that we would be refunded once we return the fit range to her. We then decided that we were not happy with her clothing and asked for the clothing to be collected and the refund to be processed. We were then advised that 20% will be deducted from the refund amount and we will have to wait to be refunded as she will only refund us once her supplier refunds her. At no stage was the mentioned to us nor at any stage did we agree to this. We are therefore now out of pocket with 20% of the amount paid and we have to wait for our refund?? We are therefore funding her business?? When this was taken up with Annette we were met with a very unpleasant demeanor to the point where i was told that \I don't care if you were told this or if you signed any documents - i will deduct 20%!!\" The refund was requested on 12.02.2016. Up to date we have received NO REFUND<br> VERY BAD MANNER OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS AS WELL AS BAD ATTITUDE AND WORSE OF ALL - WITHHOLDING FUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR PERMISSION!"
