Unfulfilled order

On the 26th of February I placed my order with Miss Raissa Kabemb from her Instagram business and made payment of R400 for the items I wanted and my order was never fulfilled.

I have been trying to get hold of her but cannot reach her. I have been calling multiple times and I ended up sending an email but still no reply.
