USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES

I emailed CynthaIAre an order, received no reply, i then re-emailed a few days later no reply. I then called in spoke to a gentleman. he said cynthia not available and i gave him my email address and he said he will attend to my order. so far i have not received any invoice or communication from your office. this morning i call in and they tell me Cynthia no longer works there and they are not aware of my order. i then tell them that i am dissapointed. i call back speak to office manager, enquire that i speak to the owner, she does not want to put my call through and says i am threatening her, which i was not. I just wanted to let the owner know that his staff are useless and that he is loosing money and sales. I will just go back to my previous packaging company and do business with them, as seems they are interested in sales.
