This morning I woke up and Trend Micro had deleted a file that I had been working on for university. I understand this is a normal thing that happens with virus software. So I attempted to restore it. <br> <br> After struggling to find the quarantine vault, I decided to call Trend Micro (EMEA) Bryanston. The next 45 minutes were an absolute nightmare. The first 3 calls (Totalling 12 minutes) I got put through to people who had never heard of Trend Micro.
