<p>I purchased a Massimo lounge set from the Newcastle Branch for R39499.00 cash on 25/04/2016 I was promised delivery of a new set from the warehouse. I was given the demo off the floor and was **** to by the store manager Petros , the sales lady Lungi, Joe their warehouse guy, Hussain their customer service person and their regional manager Ashley . They tried every excuse in the book to convince me that it was a new set. After all the lies and deceit Ashley final spoke to me and admitted that there was no new set. This is a bunch of ******* sales people trying to de***** innocent people of their hard earned money. Demo units must be sold at a reduced price and clearly communicated to the buyer. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS GROUP. I finally managed to get my money back after disrupting their business as they did not want to give me a refund. I should in the shop and showed their potentional customers the proof of what goes on in this company. I have all the proof and will be laying a complain with the customer complaints commission</p>
