Trend designs does not want to give a refund.

On the 14 March 2015 we bought a 3 piece marieta lounge suite for cash R24 499.99 at Trend designs in Pietermaritzburg which they said they is stock on the storeroom and asked them to not to give us the one on display, it was delivered on the 17 March 2015.<br> <br> When delivered the lounge suite had defects, two seater legs were loose and underneath had a cut or crack. I called the store to report before taking delivery and they said I should indicate on the delivery note. On the 18 March 2015 we went back to the store to ask them to take back their lounge suite but send their man to look at it and fix but couldn't but found more defects.<br> <br> We then asked them to take them back and give us a refund but said they cannot, they will look at the other stores for new ones but ended up not getting new lounge suite. We then said since the product we were mislead and bought them defected they should give us a discount and fix them but still did not accept.<br> <br> I then said to them they should collect their lounge suite and give us a refund but they denied, we even refer the matter to our legal representative but Trend designs do not want to give us our money back and say they are not at fault.
