Trend designs are exploiting people

<p>My mom bought couches over a year ago and we loghed a complain when the couches were delivered, we got hold of these people and i've specifically be speaking to Anisha at thier head office, this was the worst unprofessional back chatting person i've ever spoken to. the inital conversation was getting new couches and the was what was agreed, she said she would call back every time i called and never did. I spoke to her again today after several calls with her, the story has changed after a year that they will not be replacing the couches. these couches were their floor. trend designs you better get this matter sorted out. this matter better get solved or i want my money back.</p>
