Poor service received

<p>I layby a Tv Stand at Trend Designs at Kollonade, even though i was not sure about it. The consultant advised that he will call me back within two weeks when they have new stock. i waited for a month and i kept visiting the store to check if they have any new stock ...no one call me to even say they do not have stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>i decided to cancel my layby and now i have been waiting for a refund since the 15th Nov 2016.</p> <p>I called headoffice and it seems like no refund was even processed.</p>
