I!. We have saved for years. When I bought my lounge sweet the sales person **** to me on the Guarantee. She told me I had a 10 year Guarantee. She did not want me to have the invoice before I had payed. Ok we paid the lounge suite at a cost of R42 000. Then When I received he invoice I saw that its only 1 year Guarantee. 2. I reported it to HQ Durban. Ashley the area Manger I spoke to said that the guarantee was only one year and they will reprimand her. The my Lounge suite was delivered. The back of the Couch was broken and send in for repairs twice. Then I said I want a new lounge suite which they replaced I did not want to work with Martie that worked for Trend design. She was the lady that **** to me continuously. Where I spoke with Cindy at HQ that assisted me in getting a new suite 4. The day they delivered the new suite The media console leather were damaged. I whatsapp Cindy where I showed her the Pictures Of the damages. So the day they delivered I send the console back for repairs. 5. That was in May this year. 3 Weeks ago I phoned the and said Where is my console. HQ did not know anything about it. Left Several Messages for Mr Bam(CEO) to contact me that I can explain my problem with him. Never returned my calls. When I call his never there or not available. 6. So still in my search for a solution to the problem I found out that Ashley(Area Manager) is in the Colonnade branch for a few days. Now I call the Colonnade branch to ask whats happened to my console. Ashley promise to call back. Again no response. So I walk into the branch where I confront him. Now he tells me that they found my console chucked in the warehouse. Now he said they don’t have anyone to repair it. Then eventually they found someone. They gave me his detail to follow up with KEN. I called him and he promised delivery. Nothing after 2.5 weeks again. 7. But in the meantime my leather couch that I received in May is peeling as well.
