Issues with Tremendous Rewards Cards

Love the fact that they have good documentation and the fact that I got a few rewards cards with them!

However, having it fail multiple times for a reason they cant find and support taking forever to reply, isnt the best! Then, just spinning me in circles to go another route I dont want to go when the card should work on a online store that also confirmed virtual cards do work for them!
