Very disappointed with Tremco Waterproofing

While carrying out repairs the team left the balcony exposed, knowing full well that heavy rain was likely and that such rain would cause leaks inside my house. The surface of the waterproofing, once complete, is uneven and water still pools against the walls of the house. When complaining about this, Gawie told us that the tiler should fix this. Problem is, I wanted to lay artificial grass rather than tiling, but that is not an option given the poor finishing of the work.
