Wreck of a Gate

I have installed the top of your range retractable security gate. Complete with stainless steel rivets, multiple locking points, Trellidor technicians doing the installation the works !! On Xmas day however burglars broke through your "Ultimate crime barrier" which has left my elderly parents and family devastated. Your caveat "Please remember that given enough time and the right tools, all security barriers can be breached no matter how well they’re constructed".....is really a joke !! The burglars busted through your gate with two pieces of wood and a flimsy metal tube and gained entry into the house. I would hardly consider those to be the "right tools" ?!?! What is most frustrating. You market your product as the "Worlds Strongest sliding security gate" showing a wrecking ball bashing into a gate. Apart from being grossly misleading, it is a lie. I have spent thousands of Rands buying a product based on misleading information by Trellidor. I am fairly certain if I had installed a solid steel galvanized gate, the burglars would have had a struggle breaking through that and it would have cost me far less than what I have spent on your "Ultimate crime barrier". If you do respond please do not read out of your rule book to me. I want a sincere and honest response.
