Worst experience EVER!
Contacted trellidor for an installation of new doors and side panels. Was promised that the job would be completed by 3 April 2019. They had problems with powder coating so time-frame changed to 13h30 on 5 April 2019. NEVER HAPPENED The first time they installed the side panels, they were a different colour and an 8 year old could have done a better job in lining the cross bracing up. They were removed and a new set of frames were prepared and installed. Was told that the pop riveting would be neat and cross bracing would be riveted on the inside. SURPRISE, SURPRISE! This was not done - One frame has a double cross brace and the other opening has 2 single braces to try and match the double. I have tried to get someone in authority on site to sort this out - WITH NO SUCCESS! Trellidor call themselves the market-leader but with this type of service it will not be long before they are the bottom rung of the ladder. I will NEVER use them again
