Trellidor should leave up to there motto.......disgusting service ever

I am so frustrated beyond, the despicable disgusting service that Trellidor has given us it is beyond the worse of customer services , I have ever seen or heard. Trellidor moto says "The ultimate crime barrier" , which I doubt they leave up to there logo, they left us with no security or protection since 07Jan 2021 untill now date 17 Feb 2021, they come and damaged my property and left my place in a mess , they supposed to be the one protecting me with there burglar door , but they are the one who do not give a **** about a customer that has already paid for his safety. TERRANCE who happens to be the owner of Trellidor in Bloemfontein is very rude and know no customer service at all , I do not understand how can Trellidor franchise there company to service provider who have no clue of how to run the Business , I am always using Trellidor in JHB and DBN I have never have such ill treatment , like the one TERRENCE gave us . the ego that TERRENCE has it is because he know he is the only one that runs about 50% of free state region. TERRENCE is treating us or given us bad service because we are black so all of his employees are talking in corners with Afrikaans , thinking we can not hear them . I am disappointed , disgusted and annoyed ...... Trellidor should leave up to there motto .......................................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
