Trellidor False promises and delivery failure

I accepted a quote for a steel double garage door (to be custom-made due to size) and paid a deposit of on 21 September 2022 and they placed the order. The Queenstown representative told me that it takes 3-5 weeks for manufacturing, which the quote confirms.

After the expiry of 3 weeks, I checked with them and was told it's being manufactured. After 6 weeks, I checked in again, as before and she promised to have proper feedback for me soon, as she'd been following up with the factory. A week or so later she told me that the factory does not have the material for my door. This stark contradiction to the initial promise left a bitter taste in my mouth.

It is now 12 weeks since I paid the deposit and the order was made. I, MYSELF, had to follow up again on 12 December on where my door was. The same story again!!! The factory is waiting for my material!! The store manager then promised to call me at 09h00 to tell me what plan he will make in the meantime. I am still waiting to hear if he'll be able to give me a door just to temporarily close off the open space that's been allowing birds to inhabit my house and to mitigate the threat of ******* gaining access to the house through the open garage.

To say I feel so terribly disappointed with Trellidor and its service towars me would be an understatement.
