Trellidor breached due to bad installation

At 1.50 am on 25/12/15 our dairy office which is secured by Trellidor was burgled. Trellidor has a warranty on bad installation, but they say it was a standard installation. The alarm panel has been download and shows that it took 4 minutes to breach the trellidor, ***** 3 monitors, a PC and a kettle and exit the building. Trellidor is installed inside the window. They refuse to make good on their warranty forcing us to use a local welder to secure their product correctly. So much for their TV advertising using a wrecking ball. It would have been far more effective using a standard burglar bar system. They also wanted to charge us to re-install in the same way as before and we would have to mend the window sill as well. We are highly disappointed with their attitude right from their sales person, franchisee to head office. Their only objective is to sell the product and show total disregard when a problem arises.
