Trellidor after-sales service does not exist.

We installed Trellidors about 9 years ago which cost a small fortune. We were assured of guarantees and after-sales service for many years. After our front door was broken into trellidor did come and replace the door, but it has never worked completely smoothly and functionally. I am physically unable to lock it most of the time, and my husband has to come and lock it.

One of our other doors is also giving problems and is almost impossible to close and lock without bending the frame and damaging it. When I mentioned it to the agent, he said it was better that it doesn't close easily, as it makes the door safer and more difficult to break into.

This, however, also means that it makes it more difficult for me to use it! It defeats the purpose.

I am disgusted at the after-sales service and will never buy another trellidor product ever again.
