Trellidoor stop lying....
I have had Trellidoors installed for many years in my house. Last year we had a burglary and replaced it Trellidoor but just couldn't believe it is not as safe as they purport it to be. 2 days ago they broke in again! The Trellidoor is supposed to be the safest and strongest but unfortunately Not. I am utterly disgusted at how they continue to lie to the public. This is nonsense and it must stop!

Thank you for raising your concerns to Trellidor.
It is extremely important to note that, similar to any other form of security (alarms, fencing, glass or wooden doors etc.), given enough time and the right tools, any form of barrier security can be breached. Trellidor products are engineered, designed and manufactured to withstand attack for far longer, when compared to other products on the market. This affords the user enough time to escape harms way via an emergency escape route, lock up in a safe zone and call for help.
We have, nor will ever claim that our product(s) are impenetrable.
Our National Sales and Marketing Manager has been in contact with you to better understand, and provide you with clarification, on your raised concerns.
We look forward to being of assistance to you.
Kindest Regards,
Trellidor Head Office
