Thanks for Nothing - Customer Care Sucks

So in order to move out of my rented home, and get a bulky couch out of the house, i had to request Trellidor to come and remove the security gate and fit it back once the couch was out. This cost R1300 for 30 minutes of their time. I was told I only have 30 minutes. They came and did it all, and in the rush of moving i left for the entire day as the cleaning company was doing their thing. Upon my return late in the afternoon, as I am locking up the actual door does not close. Clearly something messed up the hinges.

I called Trellidor. They could only help me on Tuesday. Tuesday came and my elderly neighbour opened for them, and they clearly took advantage of her because they hardly made an effort to even try and fix the wooden door. They blamed it on the rain. How is that possible when the door locked the previous night. Now its costing me more money to get a trusty handyman in to fix the door.

Service sucks in PE and the lack of care stinks.
