Sorry For You
Contacted branch to dupply quote to supply. Said dont do as need to install also. Then rep said sorry oppesition to them cannot quote me. Said I need only cost on Trellis not roller shutter. Still did not want to quote. Then got area manager involved and was promised a quote before 10 today. After many phone calls and messages rep calls at 14:10 to get e-mail adress but bids closed at 12:00. Will not recommend trellis to any of my clients again

Trellidor products are custom manufactured to suit each unique application that they are intended for, this means that each of products is designed according to the aperture that will be installed within.
Due to this rationale, it becomes extremely difficult for our franchises to provide quotations without conducting a site visit for a free security assessment, and to measure and design our products for optimum integrity, and a neat overall finish.
Further to that, our franchises advise our valued Clients a against supply only basis. This is done for two main reasons, the first being that Trellidor cannot honour warranty claims, if our products are not installed by certified Trellidor technicians, and secondly our technical teams are trained to identify any venerable areas during the installation process, which may compromise the integrity of our product.
Having said that, we completely understand your situation, and have escalated your concern to our Franchise Manager, who is based within your region, for further assistance.
