Poor quality shutter from trellidor

I ordered a security shutter early in September which first was delayed due to strikes, then when it arrived in November the locks were on the outside, so could not lock from inside, then that took a few weeks to be fixed, then it was installed, but the one panel was upside down and the key could not come out of the lock when it was unlocked. They came and fixed that in mid December, now a few weeks later and the same story again with the key that cannot come out when opened. Poor quality and customer service, after I paid a lot for this shutter.
