So the key in my Trellidor got stuck in the lock. I call Trellidor, they say that they can come and fix it but it will cost me more than R1000! So the gates are guaranteed for life, but the locks for only 3 years! Just wanted to put this out there so that anyone who thinks Trellidor are protecting them...can think again!
