Bad customer service

I bought barglar bars at trellidor east london, they didn't take the correct measurements and in the process, my barglar bars were made smaller.

The issue was that, when they fitted them I bought paint the same week and now my paint dried, which is another expense for me.

We been going back and forth about the issue and the Ower promised to even come to my property and he never came.

My house needs painting and it's just a stressful situation
