2 X 5 cm gaps on reveal not sorted out, not a fit.
On the 30/9 (46 days ago) and 22/10 (24 days ago) I had contracted Olympic security to put in Trellidoor burglarguard for me. For the 30/9 the one trellidoor has a gap on the reveal of 6cm by 99 cm and on the other side 6,5 cm. For the 22/10 the other Trellidoor has a gap of about 5 cm by 47 cm. Daniels phone is off and Mohammed did not return my calls. Mohammed is a wonderful person, but if you cannot give me the full Trellidoor protection, please remove these two and replace them or give me a refund and I will contact Maxidoor. I paid for the service that was not completed to my satisfaction and wished to use trellidoor for 4 more windows, however I am now reluctant to as the next time there might be another gap on the reveal. I need this sorted out ASAP.
