pathetic delivery time don't even know if they are going to deliver

The worst service ever never using you again bought an item on the 20 December the first date of delivery was 07 January i understand it was the holiday season but now the expected delivery is in February how is that possible and if you need to chat with a agent there is a fee of R15 what is that i need my purchase because this is unacceptable who does that to their clients
