Had a few crates and boxes to be delivered from Kempton Park to Oudtshoorn Western Cape, quote was accepted, needed to Pay full amount before booking can be secured. Set date was 8 January 2024, Elis was contacted on 6 Jan 2024, message was red, without any reply, she later confirmed for it to be a week later to be picked up, after that still no communication, 2days before date changed once again to 27/28 Jan ,messaged het again morning of 27 to confirm Pick up, she confirm to be 28Jan between 15h00 and 16H00, if all goes without delays, I confirm to her that if not picked up I need a immediate refund on 28 Jan, wich she agreed to do, needless to say, got a message from het stating that it will not be picked up, and that she will send me the paperwork on Monday 30Jan and will then arrange for the refund, I had sent het a message again, stating that Monday is 48 hours from now, I need the refund today. We'll seems now the phone is off and messages not going through, and even the number on their website is kot working, Tried to phone it from Australia and My Son also tried to phone them from South Africa. She also confirms that she is working from home, which is Oudtshoorn, I would really think twice before make use of their service.
