Ecco World Class Golf shoes are just *******!

<p>For many years, at least 5 years, I was a proud owner of expensive branded Golf shoes, Ecco World Class! My golfing partners, friends, enemies and strangers used to marvel at the shoes and passed accolades of extreme appreciation. In the meantime, we all didn't know that the shoes were just ******* and that neither the international owners of the brand nor their local representatives would be found wanting when customers experience problems with their products. By the way, I paid in excess of R8k for these shoes, if I remember well - and that was and still is a lot money then and today. Trying to get the attention of the international brand owner was like try to find hen's teeth - nothing happened after numerous email were sent. By stroke of luck, I got to know who the local representative was and unfortunately, communication with them didn't bring anything to help solve the problem. In the email correspondence between us, they were always non-committal and hid behind process and procedures that are only meant to delay the resolution of the problem or even exonerate them from any form of liability. I'd be happy to send you all the emali correspondence so far and I'm willing to fight this good cause alongside you. Regards Peter</p>
