Pathetic

So seeing that CJR which is now part of Treger Group is apparently the only repairer or stockist of Citizen parts, I have been battling for over three months to get a simple part for strap. You can't phone the reception to talk to someone as there seems to be no common sense, no feedback received on mail since the 1st of May... What is one to do to fix something with sentimental value???
