Avoid Treger Group/Treger Brands

We have ordered an Engelsrufer Rose Gold Feather Pendant on 10 September 2019 for our aunt 60th birthday from Engelsrufer SA which form part of the Treger Group (Treger Brands)

Since we ordered we have followed up multiple times and each time we were given different excuses and empty promises.

Engelsrufer SA/Treger Brands has not once out of their own provided us with feedback or an update on our order.

It is now almost 6 weeks later and we have not received any tracking number or feedback.

Our aunt’s birthday was this past weekend, 20 October 2019. Needless to say, she is now back to Kuruman without her Bday gift.

I would not recommend this retailer to anyone. Please avoid.
