Rude and ******

Im actually disgusted by this Day Care. Today i went to pick up my son afternoon and he told me he didnt go to swimming because his teacher took out his swimming costume out of his bag. He looked really disappointed, as he was looking forward to swimming. So i decided to go back at the day care and ask why he didnt go swimming? The teacher took me into the office, as i waited for the principal so she could tell me why he didnt go for swimming. Instead the owner showed up and threw the money in my face and said thats the money for todays swimming, because all i ever wanted to know was why didnt the child go for swimming. She claims the child was naughty and failed to contact us if there was anything malicious. So she decided to displine the child her own way by robbing him of going for swimming lessons and do bear in mind we dont pay the school for swimming lessons, but pay an outsourced service provider. Then she had the nerve of calling me a ''******''! And saying we ******s think we know it all. She further said, she doesn't want my child at the day care anymore. Please bear in mind the contract is a years contract, therefore she being in breach of her own contract. Where does she expect me to take my child when i've paid for school fees and all the other extra murals he does. She is rude and a ******.
