Disgusted

<p>On the 1st March 2017 i received the school statement of which yesterday the 2nd of March 2017 I took my nephew to daycare as usual in the morning and I asked the teacher to review the statement as I had noticed an amount was debited for an extra mural which I don't pay for. The 17th January 2017 forms from the daycare were filled in so that my nephew can take part in the extra murals which commenced at the beginning of February. I paid registration fees for the soccer, catrobats and swimming extra murals ONLY as well as their monthly payments. I agree a form for cricket was filled in and submitted, however I didn't pay registration or a payment for february for it because I felt it was too many extra murals for him. The school decided to debit the money for the month of March for the extra mural and I told them I hadn't even paid for the registration. I asked the teacher to credit back the amount as because there was no authority given for any payments to be made for cricket. I was told I have to pay for the extra mural. (To my understanding previously the school had said if there's no payment for extra murals, your child will not participate. ) So I fail to understand why my nephew is paying for something I know he's not participating in because I didn't pay for it. The day I paid for all other 3 extra mural activities registration fees, the teacher was complaining about the fact that my nephew is doing too many activities and that she won't go back to teach him the things taught in class that he missed hence I didn't continue to pay for the cricket because of her remarks. Yesterday I told the teacher I will not be paying for the extra mural, hence I didn't pay for it in February as well as registration, her body language changed and all of a sudden she had an attitude when she told the owner about the situation. When the owner came to me she came charging with aggression and was being rude about the situation telling me I will pay for the extra mural as if im obligated to. When I also told her I will not pay for the extra mural the owner became rude and aggressive to wards me. Trefor kids college will never be the same as it was 10years ago. The arrogance of the owner you could clearly see it's rubbing off the teacher. It's sad as a concerned parent who is actively involved in their child's life, you want to know and scrutinise all costs incurred effectively without being ******. People are making payments on their own selfish behalf without even consulting the other party.</p>
