DO NOT BOOK HERE

A group of friends and I booked at this accommodation for a December vacation. The experience was terrible.

The rooms have a bed stench due to the water leaking through the roof and staining the carpet, hence the dog-like smell. The doors are in bad condition as we struggled to open and close them. There is poor heat insulation in the rooms because the rooms were always cold at night. Rooms need to be fumigated because bugs entered even if we closed the doors and windows. The lack of proper sanitary maintenance; did not give us fresh towels for the entirety of the stay.

The hostess, Sue was not approachable and definitely did not have any regard for us as tenants.
