Tree Men - not so professional tree felling

Absolutely the worst I've seen in a long, long time. I spoke with Heinrich van Gerve, the owner and CEO of Tree Men, on 15 May 2019 and arranged with him to have 2 palm trees on my property trimmed of dead leaves. Hein agreed to do the trimming "either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday" the following week, and he would let me know by the end of the week which day he can do the work. I tried to call him on the 22nd to see which day he will be available - no answer, and no option to leave a message. His voicemail requests that you send him a WhatsApp message. I tried calling a few more times without success. I proceeded to send him a WhatsApp message requesting that he let me know which day he can do the work. No response - even though the message was blue ticked - meaning that he read it. I send him another WhatsApp message 4 days later asking if he is still interested in doing the work. Same blue tick situation. I've given up on Hein and Tree Men, and now I am back to trying to find someone who can trim palm trees... There are so many complaints about people not finding work, but it doesn't seem to be too much of a problem for Tree Men.
