Poor Treatment

The hotel is very beautiful. We had a girls night out booked at Tredenham so we had pre drinks and a platter before dinner. Johannes Modise(the barman/waiter) dampened our evening by rudely saying 'ssssshhhhhh you're making a noise', we asked our waiter if we are making a noise and we said no. Johannes proceeded by telling us that there are rules here even dresscode rules(we were dressed very decently not sure why he mentioned this). He was very happy to hand us his name so that we can report him. We cancelled our dinner order and he shouted saying the food is being prepared though, we asked him well clearly we are not welcome and Tredenham doesn't want our business. He billed us and handed us the bill very aggressively! The head chef Ivan was also not too helpful, we had to force an apology out of him. He kept saying it's okay if we leave he's not getting involved in what happened.

We all planned on coming back with our husbands and our one friend was considering on using the hotel for her wedding but clearly our money is not good enough.

I have responses from them and they're in very poor taste, even a threat.
