I got a call a month ago from a guy who claimed he was calling regarding my Telkom Data contract and offered me a decrease in my premium for unlimited Data. Interestingly he already had my details so that is why I trusted him and continued with the conversation. At the end of the conversation he told me about Treatley that you pay R100 and get R300 discount voucher. The 15th came and R100 debit order from Treatley and my usual amount from Telkom Data was debited. If Treatley is a genuine company why lie to get customers? I am angry because I didn't even want those vouchers and I don't need they're service, it's of no value to me. I've only been ****med. I've contacted them multiple times 2 days after getting the service to cancel it and all I received were automatic responses. Two weeks later someone rep**** to my email and told me they have a 20 working day cancellation period. I'm worried they will keep debiting my account.
