Bad service &Very Bad Attitude by shop owner Jenny

I made a cake with this establishment same time last year for my daughters birthday, the cake came out amazing. i was very happy and thinking the services was still the same, i also placed an order again with them this year, i sent them several pictures and was very clear on what i wanted. my bill was R1100 i was happy with that and i paid cash. So i go to pick the cake and i was very disappointed, The cake was badly iced, it was dirty looking, the figurines were badly done, the letter A from happy birthday was white while the rest of the letters were pink, the cake just looked like it was done by an 8 year old. I told them right there that i did not like the cake, the sales girls were very sympathetic and agreed with me that the cake looked terrible.<br> <br> i called the owner Jenny and i explained to her that i was not happy with the cake, i also informed the baker Dawn that i was not happy. not one of them apologized, Jenny was verrry rude.....they did not even offer to pay back some money all they did was to stop picking my calls and toss me around btw the 2 of them, Dawn says speak to Jenny, jenny says speak to dawn. i am very unhappy and will never recommend them to anyone EVER!!!
