Treads unlimited run by clowns

I had an issue with a Hankook Dynapro 2 tyre where after 12000km reinforcing wires came through the side wall of the tyre. I went back to Tiger wheel n tyre, they called in the rep to have a look at the tyre.

The Rep informed me that the tyres is underinflated, spec is 2bar. This is why the wire came through the tyre. That is a pathetic reason in my opinion. I asked the rep what his qualifications were for diagnosing that the issue was not a manufacture issue, he had zero certification.

Treads Unlimited seems to employ clowns who have no qualifications in the tyre business. Tiger wheel and tyre replaced my tire and I’m really impressed with their service.

I will never buy another tyre that Treads Unlimited import ever.
