RIPP OFF !!!

<p>This ****** arrived to repair my equipment. He informed me that the PC Board on the treadmill and the battery on the cycle had to be replaced, he would get prices and advise me. I paid him R750 for the call out fee. Two days later he advised me the board was R 1850 the funds were transfered. The next day he advised the battery was R 700 this transfer was also done. Two weeks later still no apperance I called his number and he told me his phone was lost and he could not comunicate with me. I told him that it was not acceptable as he knew where i lived as he had been there previously. He told me he would be there the next day. He has blocked my phone and every time i try from a different number the call goes unanswerd. This happened over a year ago I am 70 years old and he probably saw a chance to fleece me. What kind of person is this ? </p>
