Treadmill repair

I send an email to them and Mr Carlton Send one of his technicians Keith to fix my treadmill on 16 June 2021. I paid R3200 for call out fees plus for pc board. Treadmill didn't work the next day. Keith came again on the 22 June 2021he took all the parts with him like the motor pc board and other accessories. Till this day I didn't receive a receipt for the money. And the parts. are still gone. Today is the 12th August 2021
