Please do not use this company. They are ****mers. They do not accept phone calls. Only communicate on WhatsApp with no profile pic and respond at their discretion. Keith, the technician, will never provide you with his number. They insist on removing parts from your treadmill and keeping it with them to ensure you do not choose another provider. They fix your treadmill partially and cheaply whilst demanding extremely high payments if you're claiming from insurance. Customer service is non existent!
