WORST SERVICE!!!!
Worst service I have ever had on online shopping!!! bought a two pairs of shoes in December 2020, and returned one pair with a courier company (Dawnwing) that they have organised to pick up the parcel with exact specifications of the parcel. they sent me an email few weeks later to tell me i have sent an incorrect item (a Puma T-shirt), and they have been resolving the matter since December 2020 with no update of what is going on. I have done a follow up but they don't respond to emails and their line has an engaged tone. This is upsetting!!!
