Worn out expensive shoes

I purchased a pair of Arthur Jacket men's sneakers in the beginning of October for R1200 at your Branch in Maponya Mall, My complaint is the quality of the product vs the amount I paid for it. I sent an email to Tread+Miller on Sunday 5.01.2019 with no response complaining about the same thing the shoes are wearing out as if i have had them for a year plus although I've only had them under 3 months. I use these shoes for work at least twice a week and I work in an office environment and use a lift club as a mode of transport to and from work if I should detail my movements, Can someone please look into the quality of this shoe and revert back to me regarding this issue urgently Please.
