Very Disappointed Client

I went to Tread + Miller in Canal Walk on 9 June 2022. I was looking for a shoe/boot, and I found a nice one, but only in size 7, and my boot size is a 6. I asked the gentleman to check on the system if any of the other Cape Town Branches might have. He rep****, I will have to purchase it online, no size 6's available. I then tried my luck, and called Tread + Miller Waterfront, and they had a few size 6's left... I drove all the way from Canal Walk to Waterfront and back to Kuils River where I live. When I tried the shoe on at home, just to realize that the heel of the shoe is defective... OMG... Now, I will have to drive back to Waterfront in the morning to do the exchange, by the way, I bought a brown pair as well @ R1999 per pair for the black and brown. I am very disappointed in the service I got from the Canal Walk Branch and livid. for the fact that the lady did not check both shoes before I left the store. I only tried on the 1 shoe, otherwise would've picked up the defect.
