very bad service

<p>very bad client service from Tread+Miller Eastgate, I ordered shoes and sales person by the name of Buhle told me that me that its not her responsibility to do follow ups on the orders as the shoe was not available then at the , Because I was patient I waited for the shoes bought it yesterday,when I got home before I fit the shoe I noticed it was not in good condition , called tread and miller spoke to Gustav who was rude and abrupt and told me to return the shoes he will refund me, I really had bad experience shoping at this store .</p>
