Two of the same leg shoes

I purchased a pair of shoes for a function I needed to attend, which I paid a handsome price. The day of the function I'm ready to put on my shoes and removed it from the box only to see that there are two of the same legs. I was not able to use the shoe, I contacted the branch telephonically and explained what was given to me in the box, the lady immediately checked to see if they have the other leg in another box, which they did and asked me to come to the store to change. This was a real inconvenience and wasted my time, seeing that the store I purchased it from was a bit of a distance. I could not end up wearing the shoe for the function and was inconvenienced for something that was a fault on their side.
