Their motto is ***** the customer

While ordering on their website, they don't have clear indication of the different size which they chose to use european measurements for shoes although they are selling the product in South Africa.

So I researched I line and because there are too many different sizes for different manufacturers, I decided to measure my feet and send them the right measurement in centimeters so they could send me the right measure. I did this a few hours after placing my orders and it had not been processed yet. But their support simply rep**** it cannot be done, that once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended is size, color, etc and that my best option is to simply wait until they deliver the order (which they have not yet processed) and go to the nearest store to exchange it to the correct size. Which defeats the whole purpose of online shopping!

Who ever is taking care of their customer service is simply an imbecile and does not care about their customers at all.

This is a very simple solution to an incredibly simple problem and they could not solve it, making it seem as though all of their online experience is only taken care of by robots and has absolutely no room for human error that a human can step in and fix.

This will be my first and last purchase and if I can cancel this order I would but they also do not have that option on their site on purpose.

They simply cannot say this cannot be done, it's that they will not do it.
